Terms and Conditions
Your fishing trip includes all bait, gear, and tackle as well as your fish cleaned and bagged. All you need is a Texas parks and wildlife fishing license and any drinks and snacks that you may want while on your fishing trip. If you cancel at least 5 days prior to the trip, we will refund the full amount also any cancelations due to bad weather ( at Guides discretion) will be fully refunded. Gift certificates are non-refundable. If the customer no shows, no refund at all will be given as we already had the boat prepared and launched. PAYMENT IN FULL must be made PRIOR to boarding boat. All Trophy Catfish over 10 pounds Will be released. No Refunds after one year. Messin' with the Fish LLC or Keith Parks will not be liable for accidents or incidents at the marina or on the vessel during your stay.
